It applies to sterlingcat.com, which InnoviCat operates. InnoviCat's documents on innovicat.com apply to that site, not to this one.
Using the site
SterlingCat is free to use and needs no account. By using it you agree to these terms. Do not use the site in a way that disrupts it or other people's use of it.
Information, not advice
Information only, not financial, legal, or tax advice. A model based on the numbers you enter: a scenario projection based on stated assumptions, not a forecast or guarantee.
Each result follows from the numbers you enter and the assumptions the page states. The calculators show their formulas, assumptions and sources so you can check them. Before you act on a result, check it against your own situation; for a decision that matters, talk to a licensed professional.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. InnoviCat does not warrant that a result is accurate, complete or suitable for you, or that the site is always available. To the extent the law allows, InnoviCat is not liable for a loss that follows from a decision you base on the site.
Links, ads and affiliate links
The site links to other sites, among them InnoviCat's own site and amazon.com. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there. Some links to Amazon are affiliate links: as an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. The site shows no ads for now. How this funds the site, and how it is kept apart from the results: How we're funded.
Your data
What you enter in a calculator stays in your browser. What the site stores there, and what is sent when you accept analytics or use the contact form, is stated in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
